WHY THIS APPROACH
Start with use, cleaning access and interfaces—not a generic cabinet photo.
An Australian project specification should identify where the cabinet will be used, what must be cleaned, how staff reach adjacent surfaces, which plumbing or equipment interfaces are included and what the local consultant or regulator must approve. Tianze can review a trial or small custom batch and turn those project inputs into a drawing-based quotation, but this guide does not replace the buyer’s designer, food regulator, certifier or licensed plumber.
2 · Layout and installation access
Confirm wall clearances, service access, legs, castors, plinths, adjacent equipment and any sealed junctions so the buyer can review cleanability and installation.
3 · Sink and plumbing boundary
Separate the stainless cabinet and bowl from taps, wastes, traps, valves and other plumbing products. WaterMark scope is checked only for the components included in the order.
4 · Export packing and import handoff
Confirm package count, dimensions, handling method and whether solid timber pallets, crates, blocking or dunnage will be used. Australian biosecurity requirements apply to in-scope timber packaging.

Does this guide mean a Tianze cabinet is automatically compliant in Australia?
No. The official sources identify buyer-side specification questions. Product, project, installation and local approval requirements must be confirmed for the actual order and jurisdiction.
Is 304 stainless steel automatically suitable for every food or cleaning application?
No. The buyer must state the intended use, food-contact status, chemicals, temperature and cleaning method. Grade, finish and component coverage are then confirmed for the order.
Does every sink cabinet require WaterMark certification?
The answer depends on which plumbing or drainage products are supplied and installed. The cabinet body alone does not determine WaterMark scope. The buyer’s licensed plumber or project consultant should confirm the included components.
Can Tianze quote before the full fitout drawing is finished?
A preliminary scope review can start from overall dimensions, a reference image, quantity and destination. The final quotation must identify missing inputs and the drawing or written scope that governs production.
Can Tianze supply a small custom cabinet batch?
Yes, subject to project review. Send the cabinet type, dimensions or reference drawing, material requirement, quantity, destination and packing needs. Tianze will confirm feasibility and order terms for that scope; there is no fixed universal MOQ for every design.
Are the cabinet images fixed production models?
No. The website images are concept references unless explicitly labelled as production photographs. Final construction, material, hardware and dimensions require written approval.
Are freight, destination charges and installation included?
Only the Incoterm and inclusions written in the quotation apply. Freight, duty, tax, destination handling and local installation are excluded unless expressly listed.
