Built around the way
your project works.

Tianze coordinates engineering, production, quality control and export through dedicated manufacturing partners. Each project begins with the application, known dimensions, configuration and buyer requirements.

01

Cabinet configurations

Review base, wall, drawer and shelving layouts against the available room or equipment schedule.

02

Flat-pack development

Progress the detachable grill through slot-fit, sample, heat, stability and packing validation before release.

03

Made to drawing

Dimensions, structure, doors, shelves, hardware and accessories are confirmed for the approved scope.

04

Export coordination

Tianze coordinates production and export supply through manufacturing partners against the confirmed order.

One supplier for the enclosure and the room around it.

Tianze Stainless supplies drawing-based 304 stainless steel dog kennels, veterinary cage banks, boarding kennel doors and project-based stainless components for professional animal-care facilities. We coordinate drawing review, production and export delivery through manufacturing partners. Australian buyers can begin with a sketch, room dimensions or an existing product that needs to be replaced.

A clear custom
production process.

We turn a practical requirement into a confirmed specification before production begins.

01

Share the requirement

Send a sketch, reference photo, dimensions or simply describe the application.

02

Confirm the solution

We align material, configuration, lock design, accessories, packaging and quotation.

03

Produce & inspect

The approved design moves into production with dimensional and finish checks.

04

Pack & deliver

Export-ready packing and shipment details are confirmed before dispatch.

Can you supply cabinets from a drawing or room schedule?

Yes. Send the cabinet schedule, elevation, sketch or known room dimensions. Material, dimensions, doors, shelves, drawers and hardware are confirmed for the approved scope.

Is the flat-pack charcoal grill ready for a production order?

Not yet. It is an engineering-alpha development project and requires sample, assembly, heat, stability, edge and packing validation before commercial release.

Do you still supply veterinary kennels and cage banks?

Yes. Custom veterinary kennels, cage banks, doors, trays, dividers and related stainless modules remain part of the product range.

Do you support distributor and OEM orders?

Yes. Repeat sizes, private-label requirements, mixed models and export packing can be discussed after the product scope is confirmed.

PROJECT FEASIBILITY REVIEW

Start with what
you have.

Send one sketch, reference photo, room layout or equipment schedule. Our first review will organise the project before a quotation.

  • What appears feasible to supply
  • Which dimensions or specifications are still missing
  • Whether a paid pilot or project quotation is the practical next step

No finished engineering drawing is required for the first review. Final feasibility, price and production timing remain subject to confirmed specifications.

Tell us the application, approximate quantity and any known dimensions. If dimensions are not known, describe the available space or animal type. A sketch or reference photo can be emailed after submission.
