Are you a factory?
Tianze does not claim factory ownership. We operate as an integrated supply-and-export company and coordinate production through long-term manufacturing partners against the approved scope and quality-control requirements.
Can you provide an English business licence?
The Chinese business licence is the official registration record. Tianze can prepare an English summary for review, but it must be marked as an unofficial translation and the Chinese original governs.
What does a batch ID prove?
A batch ID is an internal trace reference that links the order, drawing revision, inspection and packing records. It is not a product certificate, regulatory approval or proof of destination compliance.
Can material grade and thickness be verified?
They can be recorded against the approved BOM and production batch. The exact evidence included is agreed for the order and remains subject to availability and scope.
Can we appoint an inspector?
Buyer-appointed or third-party inspection can be discussed when its scope, timing, access and cost are agreed before order confirmation.
How are payment details verified?
The contract seller and beneficiary route must be documented before payment. Tianze does not use an unexplained personal account as a substitute for the agreed transaction route.
What is not confirmed by this page?
Certification, load rating, corrosion life, fixed lead time, local installation and destination-country compliance are not assumed. They require product, order and destination review before written confirmation.
