Dimensions are catalogue references, not a vehicle fit guarantee or stocked specification. Final sizes, material grade, sheet thickness, hardware, loading and mounting follow the approved drawing and written order scope. Photos are authorised partner references; the cabinet is shown during assembly.

FIT THE VEHICLE INTERFACES

Show the space around each component.

A bench can match the overall size and still obstruct a wheel box, door or service connection. Mark these four areas on your sketch so the component drawing can be reviewed with your vehicle builder.

  3. Cut-outs & edge details

Locate bowls, taps and equipment openings; identify upstands, edges and adjacent surfaces.

  4. Fixing & service points

Mark permitted attachment areas and water, waste or service access. The vehicle builder confirms the installation design.

What belongs in the quotation?

Ask for each top, bowl, cabinet, hardware pack and loose fitting to be listed with an item number, quantity and drawing revision. Confirm net/gross weight, packed dimensions, packing method and delivery terms. Parts outside that list are not assumed included. Your vehicle builder retains the chassis, installation, service connections and destination approval scope.

DRAWINGS & QUOTATION INPUTS

Turn your layout into a useful component brief.

Start with a sketch

Mark overall width, depth and height in mm or inches. Add wheel boxes, doors, equipment cut-outs, fixing points and service access. A rough sketch is enough for an initial review.

See the drawing checklist ↗

List the components

Use the existing worktable enquiry sheet for each bench, or the cabinet schedule for a mixed layout. Identify each item, quantity, destination and any details still to be confirmed.

Define the supply package

List which tops, bowls, cabinets, fittings and mounting parts you need. State packing and delivery requirements so the quotation can identify inclusions and items supplied by your installer.

BEFORE A QUOTATION

A short brief is enough to start.

  1. Layout or sketch: identify each component and overall width × depth × height. State mm or inches.
  2. Build interfaces: show wheel boxes, door swing, equipment cut-outs, attachment points and service access.
  3. Quantity & destination: give unit count, delivery country and city, plus packing requirements.
  4. Specification: state material, finish or destination requirements you already know. Missing items are reviewed with you.

What gets confirmed in writing?

Component list, drawing revision, material and thickness, construction, hardware, inspection scope, packing and the quotation’s delivery terms.

Price, minimum quantity and lead time depend on the approved scope. Vehicle approval, food-service rules, plumbing and installation requirements are reviewed with your local project team; no blanket certification is implied.

BUILDERS’ QUESTIONS

Before you send your layout.

Can I start without a finished CAD drawing?

Yes. A marked-up layout, a hand sketch or reference photos with the dimensions you know can start the review. Final construction needs an approved drawing or written specification.

Do you manufacture the complete trailer?

Our offer here covers stainless worktables, sinks, cabinets and related fitout components. We coordinate manufacturing partners as a trading and export company. Your trailer builder retains the vehicle build and installation scope.

Can you quote several components together?

Yes. Send one equipment schedule showing each item’s dimensions and quantity. Packing, interfaces and export scope can then be reviewed as a package.

Is a particular grade or certification guaranteed?

No specification or certification is assumed from a reference photo. State your material and destination requirements so applicability and available evidence can be checked before an order is agreed.

SEND YOUR COMPONENT BRIEF

Request a food-truck component review.

Select your component package and share rough dimensions, quantity and delivery location. A finished drawing is not required to start. For a drawing, marked-up PDF or photos, email info@tzstainless.com or use WhatsApp. Include dimensions, quantity and destination.
