Built around flat parts, serviceable components and export packing.

The current concept uses interlocking flat panels instead of a folded body. A removable grate, charcoal support and ash-management parts are planned as separate components. Final geometry, material coverage and packing format remain subject to physical testing and buyer feedback.

01

Flat-panel architecture

The design is intended to reduce reliance on formed panels and allow a compact knocked-down packing study.

02

Detachable components

Grate, charcoal support and ash-management parts are planned for separate inspection, cleaning and replacement review.

03

Buyer-led pilot scope

Target quantity, selling channel, packaging, branding and required validation can be reviewed before a pilot is priced.

04

Evidence before claims

No final weight, packed size, load, heat performance, certification, MOQ, price or lead time is claimed before verification.

What must be proven before commercial release.

This page opens a buyer-requirement channel; it does not turn an engineering drawing into a finished product. A production offer is released only after the relevant gates are closed.

NOW

Material and slot-fit coupons

Confirm actual sheet thickness, cutting kerf, fit and repeatable assembly clearance.

NEXT

Complete physical sample

Check assembly sequence, cold load, stability, sharp edges, cleaning access and component retention.

TEST

Heat-cycle and surface review

Record deformation, fastener behaviour, bottom temperature and usability after repeated heating and cooling.

LOCK

Packing and commercial specification

Confirm actual net and gross weight, carton size, accessories, instructions, MOQ, cost and destination requirements.

The development review is intended for outdoor retailers, camping-equipment distributors, fire-pit or barbecue specialists and private-label brands that can provide a real target market, quantity range and acceptance criteria.

3. Product and validation requirements

Tianze Stainless is an integrated supply-and-export company coordinating development, production and quality control through long-term manufacturing partners.

Is this a finished production model?

No. The current design is an engineering alpha. Slot fit, assembly, heat-cycle behaviour, stability, cleaning and packed dimensions still require physical sample validation.

Can you quote it now?

A fixed commercial quotation is not released before the material, sample, packing, quantity and required tests are confirmed. Buyers can share a target quantity and market requirement for an initial feasibility review.

Can it be private labelled?

Branding, packaging and catalogue positioning can be reviewed for a pilot or future production batch. Final options remain subject to the approved sample and order scope.

Which material and certification apply?

Stainless grade, surface requirements and any destination-market or food-contact obligations must be confirmed for the intended use. No certification is implied by this development page.
