We check the interface before we quote.
A matching overall size is not enough. Before quoting, we review four things with you:
- Mating parts — what the component touches, and at which faces.
- Removal path — the clearance needed to slide, lift or clip the part out.
- Hole pattern — centres, diameters, and the datum they are measured from.
- Service access — how the part is cleaned, and what it is exposed to.
If something is missing from your drawing, we say so in the quote — not after production.

Can you match a tray I already have?
Yes — send the existing part or its dimensions and the manufacturer’s reference if you have one. We reproduce the interfaces, not the brand.
What is the MOQ?
From 50 pieces per part. Sample and prototype quantities are available — ask in your enquiry.
What is the lead time?
15–30 days after drawing approval, plus sea freight. We confirm the exact date in the quote.
Can you supply samples?
Yes. Sample cost and freight are quoted separately and credited against the first production order .
Which material should I use?
304 for general indoor use. 316L where the part sees cleaning chemicals, salt, or outdoor exposure. We will recommend one in the quote.
Do you ship to my country?
We export worldwide, FOB Qingdao or CIF to your port. Tell us the destination and we will quote the freight. —
